When Christmas 2025 rolled around I was approached by Doe & Fawn to design another festive pouch for their latest speciality coffee. Earlier that year they’d installed some birch trees at their roastery and wanted the packaging to celebrate them. They liked this painterly approach so I worked up the composition with the roastery centred in the distance and the birch trees flanking it on both sides. The concept was applied to a range of their festive products including a limited edition tin and a coffee liqueur bottle.
