Interaction have been employee-owned since 2015 and, as they were about to attend the EOA Annual Conference, were keen to help their clients — both current and potential — understand the benefits of being EO and explain how they went about it.

This took the form of a dedicated page on their website and some short-run printed assets.

The web page included the full story of how they became employee-owned with an illustrated timeline of the four main steps they took along the way.

Postcard and poster

A postcard and poster was designed to help spread the message on the day of the event.
